The idea started as a way to support one receptionist as the practice grew. Calls and administrative work increased while the tools failed to keep pace. Rondah is an extension of the front office: built to support staff, not replace them, so dental teams can give more time and attention to their patients.

Allan Svirsky grew up in a family of dentists and in his parents’ Toronto practice. Burhan, Allan, and Mohammed all grew up working in the clinics: answering phones, checking patients in, and rescheduling appointments. They saw the pressure placed on front-office teams firsthand.
